idea, suggestion or mistake noticed...

First and foremost, offer your customers a product worth the asking price. Simplicity is all well and good but...when you’re forced to load your photos into an alternate program to resize and optimize (either before or after using your truly worthwhile optimization algorithms) why not just use the alternate program in the first place? Quite honestly, I can achieve your same “optimization” quality, in very short order, from any graphic’s program I own. And if you’re inclined to offer .png as one of your Saving features, I’d suggest that you actually make that feature available to your users. Last, but certainly not least, and in this day and age of programming genius, please, have a little compassion and don’t force your customers to hunt up a directory path for each and EVERY use!!!
